My fundamental principles include positive thinking and actions. I endeavour to make the best out of every situation, even under difficult conditions – both on projects and in cycling, my other passion. My unbridled ambition drives me forward in both optimizing and improving matters.

I bring my many years of experience to the table as a change manager, dare to look outside the box and suggest new approaches. I enter every new race highly motivated and continue to do so, as only one thing counts at the end: the overall standing. I give every last ounce and just knuckle down: when I want to accomplish something, I also succeed in doing so.
